After years of experience as in house counsel for corporations, Andrea started Tarshus Law Firm to offer flexibility and flat fee pricing in an outsourced general counsel capacity to New York businesses.  Andrea focuses on providing business law services to small and mid-size businesses and corporations.  Her practice includes business startup, not-for-profit formation, partnership paperwork, operating agreements, bylaws, non-disclosure agreements, commercial leases, business contracts and negotiations, purchase and sale agreements, liquor license applications, MWBE certifications, cannabis license applications, and regulatory compliance.  Andrea serves on the Board of Directors for the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce and Kevin Guest House.
